Started the day right with a bath 🧼 cause rain is coming and my hair takes an hour to dry.
I expected the water would be much colder 😅 at home the Loisach has 7 degrees 🤘🏽... but I‘m in Ingolstad - that’s an area of waaaaarm water 🤪
At the afternoon we drove to Essing at the Altmühltal. I like the little rocks mixed with vegetation. Parked at the shore of Altmühl we hiked along the river to Kelheim, where Altmühl and Donau meet up.
Nice little spot on the island tip!
After sunny and cloudy weather it began to rain - but we had still 10 km to hike 😎.
Nooooo problem ! Because of that we were alone on the trail to Donaudurchbruch. Yeyyyyyh! Having a break in the cave we moved on to the Keltenwall and got back to Essing.
Wooooow - looking back we walked 25 km and now (21 pm) it’s time to go and search for a place to stay for night.
